Hello, I’m Imbar Meidani. My journey through life is guided by a holistic approach, blending my roles as a devoted mother, a passionate vegan, and a dedicated real estate enthusiast. As a serial entrepreneur, I’ve found deep fulfillment in creating spaces that nurture growth and opportunity. Since January 2015, I’ve been at the helm of Improov Homes as a licensed real estate broker and owner. Our boutique agency is more than just a business; it’s a mission to empower first-time homebuyers, especially in urban communities across New Jersey. At Improov Homes, we believe in the transformative power of homeownership. Through our free weekly seminars, we provide education on credit, financial wellness, and viewing real estate through an investor's lens. Our goal is to help new homeowners step into beautifully renovated properties with ease, often through collaborations with investors who share our vision. My real estate journey began in 2010 with Imperial Home Sales, where I grew from a licensed agent to a co-owner between 2012 and 2014. Over the past 14 years, I’ve personally facilitated the sale of over 200 properties and, with my dedicated team, we’ve brought over 350 transactions to fruition. Each deal is an opportunity to create win-win outcomes and help individuals build their financial futures. In addition to my brokerage work, I’ve been deeply involved in real estate investing. Since 2013, I’ve purchased and renovated about 30 properties, either independently or with partners. A cherished project is our current office at 105 Floyd Avenue in Bloomfield, designed with my love for architecture and community in mind. Other notable properties include 85 Wagner Place in Irvington and 397 Glenwood Avenue in East Orange. My experience extends beyond buying and selling; I’ve managed over 40 units, gaining extensive insight into property management and tenant relationships. This hands-on knowledge equips me to assist anyone looking to build a real estate portfolio in New Jersey, whether you’re a first-time buyer or an experienced investor. In 2020, I co-founded Nestiqa with an investor colleague. This platform marries the efficiency of a real estate marketplace with the connectivity of a social network, streamlining tenant screening and rental processes. It’s a reflection of my commitment to innovation and community. I hold a BSC in Nutrition from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, which underscores my holistic approach to both personal and professional life.
